In case you want to send us documents larger than 3MB, kindly send us 1 extra e-mail without attachments in order to make sure that we will receive this e-mail. If we receive such an e-mail and fail to receive further e-mails with the attachments we will contact you.
As an alternative to e-mail you may want to use Dropbox for sending us large documents.
If you send us instructions on the last day of a deadline, in the absence of our confirmation e.g. by facsimile or telephone, you may not assume that we can meet the deadline. In the absence of our confirmation kindly entrust another office to meet the deadline.
