In case there already exists an assignment contract in the Engish, French, German, Italian or Spanish language, the existing assignment may be used. If the existing assignment is drawn up in another language, the EUIPO may invite us to file a translation of the assignment contract. Alternatively, for saving on traslation costs, the following Declaration of Registration of a Transfer or Confirmation of Transfer may be executed and filed.
