We require the following documents and information for filing:

  1. name and address of applicant
  2. reproduction of the trademark
  3. list of goods and/or services
  4. declaration of priority including date, country and application number, if any
  5. copy of priority application, preferably PDF copy, if any
  6. declaration of seniority including date of application, country, registration number and list of goods and/or services, if any
  7. seniority documents (non-certified registration documents together with a confirmation of the status hereof), if any
