Surcharge 50 £ office fee + 50 € attorney's fee

After the 6 months time limit for paying the renewal fee with surcharge there is an additional time limit of 6 months where an apply for restoring the trademark can be filed.

For the renewal no documents for proofing genuine use need to be filed.
