Due date	Last day of the month in which the date of filing occurred
Time limit for payment without surcharge	If the payment made up to the due date is insufficient, no surcharge is payable if the deficit is made good within the period for payment of the surcharge
Earliest possible payment date	Payment may not be made more than 12 months before due date.
Time limit for payment with surcharge	6 months of due date
Surcharge	50% of the due renewal fee
