Documents and Information

We require the following documents and information for filing:

  1. name and address of applicant
  2. name and address of designer or waiver of his mention
  3. representation of each view of the design, preferably in JEPG, less preferred in PDF or TIFF format, 7 views of each design at maximum
  4. description, if any; in general, it is not advisable to file a description
  5. declaration of priority including date, country and application number, if any
  6. certified copy of the priority application, preferably PDF copy, if any
  7. instruction as to whether
